8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup unsweetened creamy peanut butter
¼ cup cacao powder
½ teaspoon fine sea salt
⅓ cup finely chopped roasted unsalted peanuts
1. In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, peanut butter, monk fruit, salt and cacao powder, Beat with a hand mixer until smooth. 2. Use a small ice cream scoop or a tablespoon to measure out mixture in heaping tablespoonfuls. Roll into balls. 3. Spread peanuts on a plate and roll balls in peanuts.
